This role reports to a Senior/National Account Manager and focuses on growing existing accounts by leveraging Spot’s freight solutions to build lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, energy, and a proactive work ethic to manage quotes, operations, and ongoing account development. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring satisfaction, serving as the primary communications channel for clients and prospects, identifying new opportunities in collaboration with the National Account Director, and coordinating with internal teams (Carrier Account Management, Carrier Services, and Logistics) to ensure smooth operations and load management. Qualifications include a preferred Bachelor’s degree and experience in sales or customer service; knowledge of the logistics industry is desirable, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer support. Skills required: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics; strong negotiation, resilience, and confidence; entrepreneurial and competitive spirit; organizational skills; adaptability and multitasking; decisive problem-solving.
