Key responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team to realize and deliver hardware for integrated robotic picking solutions and driving the delivery of best-in-class robotic solutions to solve challenges within Ocado's Customer Fulfilment Centres. You will work with development centre leadership to support recruitment, branding, and induction processes, partner with product and project teams to design and deliver new robotic picking hardware, and collaborate with software engineering teams to solve mechanical and mechatronic challenges. You will oversee the continuous improvement of production and development systems, incorporating rapid prototyping methodologies.
