The Account Sales Manager (ASM) reports to the District Sales Manager and is responsible for outside sales of product inventory while managing an assigned route of accounts. The role involves increasing product sales and the placement of product displays at large and small format off-premise stores. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and displays, while servicing customers safely and in line with Red Bull execution standards. Responsibilities include: - Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of Red Bull products at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts - Determine current and ongoing product needs and identify opportunities to increase sales - Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order - Conduct outside sales calls - Monitor competitors' activities and respond to promotions - Achieve monthly targets for sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new account setup, and merchandising - Maintain brand integrity and proper product rotation to ensure freshness and brand flow - Grow inventory and product variety at each RBDC account and enhance in-store branding - Collaborate across the organization and share best practices - Build and sustain relationships with customer contacts at each account Requirements: - Valid US driver's license and DOT Medical card - Must be at least 21 years old - Experience in sales, account management, and DSD a plus - Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds - English required; additional languages a plus
