The Associate Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of IT managed services for a portfolio of client accounts, supported by a cross-functional team, with a focus on client retention, account growth, and modernization of client infrastructure. Responsibilities include: managing 15 to 20 client accounts with a dedicated cross-functional team; driving contract renewals and project opportunities; promoting adoption of design DATA, Inc. infrastructure and IT offerings; identifying new sales opportunities; maintaining client relationships; coordinating quotes from vendors and ensuring contractual compliance; organizing daily operations and client maintenance; acting as the client's authorized representative for other technology vendors. In this role you will serve as the point of contact for client concerns, escalate issues as needed, and participate in incident management during business hours, with after-hours on-call rotation as required. You will also plan and staff projects with internal subject matter experts, manage project pipelines and status reporting, and maintain client documentation and health metrics. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in information technology management or a related field and 3+ years of IT experience; IT management or supervisory experience is desirable but not required; a CompTIA Project+ or equivalent certification is expected within 9 months of starting. The majority of work is performed in an office setting in Gaithersburg, Maryland, United States, with travel to meet clients and participate in events.
