SumUp is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst for Payments in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will bridge data and business decisions by turning complex payments metrics into clear, decision ready narratives and by designing intuitive dashboards. You will partner with Data Analytics Engineers to focus on insights, visualization, and product experimentation, rather than simply building reports. Responsibilities include data storytelling to convert metrics into actionable insights for non expert stakeholders; dashboard redesign in Tableau to allow core stakeholders to answer how we are doing in under two minutes; KPI stewardship by refining the metric hierarchy and documenting the logic behind them; identifying opportunities and risks to inform experiments and product priorities; and enabling self service through templates and standards for dashboard structure, naming, and annotations to foster a consistent data culture across the tribe. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BI or Product Analytics, strong SQL for data validation and analysis, and hands on experience with Tableau or similar tools. You think like a product manager, understanding dashboards as products with audiences and questions. Growth mindset and curiosity about fintech, plus experience with experimentation such as AB testing or event tracking, are a plus.
