This Senior Technical Program Manager for ERP is based in Sunnyvale, California, on-site, and will lead technical and program management for ERP-related software for the GFiber Engineering group. The ERP-focused work covers software and systems in the ERP domain, including SAP, Coupa, DocuSign, and other ERP and billing applications, as well as the broader suite of systems deployed in cloud-based environments. The ERP suite includes applications (iOS and Android), a customer web portal, Salesforce-based backend systems, Fiber Management systems, customer agent and ticketing tools, OSS, ERP, and billing systems. Key responsibilities include defining the integration strategy with ERP architecture teams, managing data migration and validation frameworks for ERP, working with stakeholders to prioritize issues and feature requests, orchestrating end-to-end test cycles, and delivering monthly releases for the ERP applications. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; 8 years of program management experience; 5 years of ERP experience; and 5 years of experience working with business stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience in GCP or cloud-based deployments, vendor management, understanding of Gemini-based AI tools, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
