We are seeking a Customer Support Team Lead to structure and develop a UK Customer Support team that delivers a consistent, exceptional service and to coach a team of customer support executives. You will mentor, motivate and develop CS Executives, create an environment where they can excel, and lead by example. You will communicate confidently when handling customer issues, identify potential fraudulent activity, and develop scalable onboarding training for CS staff. You will maintain and enhance reporting tools relevant to CS operations and work with stakeholders to review the customer journey and implement processes to ensure we are best in class across touchpoints. You will have experience mentoring high-performing customer service teams, be a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering a year-long strategy, and be growth-minded with experience using a CRM tool. You must be able to manage multiple priorities across channels in a fast-paced environment, be a confident communicator, and balance your own targets with line management duties. This role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern—home can be your primary place of work with some office days at our central London office.
