Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Seamless team in Logistics, focusing on Customer, Time & Tracking. In this role, you will lead the development of time estimation AI models and tracking products across our global brands, driving improvements in on-time delivery, accuracy of vendor preparation time predictions, and a delightful tracking experience for riders, end customers, and merchants. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technology advancements, and drive quarterly and long-term OKRs. You will champion data-driven decision making, collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful features, and become the subject matter expert for time estimations to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications include 4+ years of product management experience delivering complex data-driven products at scale, data fluency, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams. Nice to have: exposure to last-mile delivery or e-commerce, and experience with time estimation ML models.
