Role: Principal Product Manager, Transport Management Solutions. Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Work arrangement: Hybrid. You will lead the future of transport management across H&M Group’s global retail operations by defining the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Transport Management Solutions, including SAP TM, partner connectivity, and related transport management needs. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility, but it carries influence across a global organization. You will translate business needs and technology possibilities into a clear backlog and prioritize work to deliver measurable impact on transport planning, execution, partner connectivity, and operational visibility. You will collaborate with Engineering Managers, architects, business experts, and product teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and future-ready solutions. You will engage regional transport teams, logistics operations, warehouses, vendors, and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and transition from fragmented processes to standardized, data-enabled transport management.
