Senior Forensic Accountant – Claims Preparation (Remote, United States)
Join our industry-leading Property & Risk Consulting team within Aon Risk Solutions. This role focuses on forensic accounting for construction-related claims, including Builders Risk with soft costs, delayed start-up, and related business interruption claims. You will report to the Managing Director of Claims Preparation, Advocacy and Valuation.

Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Manage property damage, business interruption and other first-party claims
- Develop relationships with producers, account executives and property brokers to build a book of business
- Communicate value-added services to clients and prospects
- Execute projects and obligations with thorough documentation and deliverables
- Oversee multiple consultants, including workload management, coaching, performance reviews
- Communicate workload and project status to team members
- Track time and expenses for client billing and internal usage
- Present team capabilities and success stories to leadership
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Strong mathematics and accounting principles
- Proactive, able to prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Technical insurance knowledge with emphasis on construction/infrastructure claims (delayed start-up, soft costs, business interruption)
- Deductive and mathematical reasoning
- Strong oral and written
