Responsibilities

• Collect, understand, and document business requirements and change requests from stakeholders.
• Manage incidents, enhancement requests, and development demands through their lifecycle.
• Support requirement analysis and identify potential process and system improvements.
• Create and maintain user stories, backlog items, and project documentation in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate activities between business users, developers, vendors, and project teams.
• Support project planning, status tracking, meeting organization, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in testing activities, including functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track issues and support resolution processes with stakeholders.
• Work closely with traders, risk managers, and operational teams to understand business processes and system usage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of applications supporting trading and risk manag
