We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to own the commercial and strategic outcomes for a portfolio of mid-market wellness brands, responsible for retention, growth, and executive-level partnership health. This role is based in Romania with a hybrid work arrangement and requires collaboration with onboarding, product enablement, and technical account management to deliver exceptional partner experience and sustainable business outcomes. Role overview: The Mid-Market Account Manager (MM AM) is a strategic relationship leader and commercial owner focused on retention and revenue performance across approximately 60–70 mid-market brands. You will drive multi-year renewals and upsell opportunities, develop strategic account plans, forecast retention and expansion, and partner with Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Product to deliver scalable value.
