Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform a range of professional accounting duties. The successful candidate will prepare, maintain, analyze, verify, and reconcile financial transactions, statements, records, and reports; assist in maintaining the accuracy of ledgers and financial systems; and support the preparation of budgets, intercompany settlements, client invoicing, annual audits, and year-end closing. Essential skills include exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organizational abilities, a commitment to customer service, and solid knowledge of GAAP. The role requires the ability to learn and work with financial/property management software; bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or a related business degree with relevant experience) is preferred. Responsibilities also include reconciling monthly bank statements, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with other duties as assigned. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. The position is on-site in Nashville, Tennessee.
