Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code across 170+ applications
• Identify and lead cross-cutting reliability initiatives, including incident detection, response, and postmortem analysis
• Design, implement, and improve components that support reliability, scalability, and observability
• Define and drive SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards
• Participate in on-call rotations and improve on-call experience
• Partner with software engineering teams to embed reliability practices early in the development lifecycle

Requirements

Nice to have: Locatio

• 5+ years in a Site Reliability Engineering role in large-scale multi-team environments
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes
• Proficient with infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Experience with SLIs/SLOs and incident response
• GitOps experience (ArgoCD, Helm)
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Ruby)
• Fluent in English
• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare/fintech
• Familiarity with golden paths, runbooks, shared libraries
