Programme Finance Manager position at Mines Advisory Group (MAG) based in Manchester, United Kingdom. The role reports to the Head of Programme Finance and provides financial business partnering to MAG’s regional and country programmes, Strategic Partnerships and other stakeholders. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality financial information and support across multi-regional and multi-country activities, enabling informed decision making, strengthening processes, and supporting the effective financial management of MAG’s multi-country contracts. You will work with key stakeholders to ensure contracts deliver value for money and remain compliant with donor and statutory requirements. The post is subject to safeguarding background checks. The position requires substantial experience in financial management in either commercial or NGO environments, including multi-currency budgeting, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with mid-range accounting systems (PS Financials, Sage, SUN) and advanced Excel/database reporting. Travel to remote or insecure locations may be required. The package includes a salary of £41,628 per year, pension, generous leave, and benefits.
