Key responsibilities: - Develop software tools (Revit Add-Ins) to streamline BIM/VDC workflows and enhance team output - Develop and integrate software tools to strengthen BIM/VDC capabilities and operational effectiveness - Produce and maintain documentation for in-house software - Adhere to design standards and DevOps practices, including CI/CD - Code, debug, test, and troubleshoot applications throughout the development lifecycle - Research, design, implement, and manage software solutions - Modify existing applications and implement modifications - Train team members on developed software solutions - Coordinate with team members to ensure satisfaction and alignment - Follow Git branching strategies and merge request practices - Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality - Utilize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment - Write automated tests to support higher software quality - Adhere to security best practices and utilize security tooling as directed

Minimum education and experience: - Experience with C# and/or .NET, with familiarity building Revit Add-Ins or other Autodesk platform
