Porsche Centre Perth is seeking a Financial Controller on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the finance, payroll and administration functions. You will ensure strong financial control, accurate reporting and commercial support across the business, working closely with senior management to drive profitability, operational performance and compliance with Porsche manufacturer standards. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting; providing financial analysis and performance insights to inform decision-making; managing payroll, VAT, taxation and statutory compliance; overseeing cash flow, credit control, purchase ledger and banking activities; ensuring compliance with company policies; and leading and developing the finance and administration teams. Requirements include previous Financial Controller or senior finance experience within the motor trade, strong knowledge of management accounts, budgeting and financial reporting, experience managing payroll, VAT and statutory compliance, excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, commercially focused approach with attention to detail. Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday. Salary: £45,000 per annum.
