The successful candidate will lead and develop the Finance Operations team, coordinating General Ledger activities, managing monthly and annual closes, and overseeing the preparation of financial statements while coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information and driving continuous process improvements. Key responsibilities include leading the team, overseeing General Ledger operations, ensuring proper accounting, coordinating monthly and annual closings, preparing financial statements and annual accounts, coordinating internal and external audits, analyzing key financial indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving automation and standardization of financial processes across the function. The role also involves producing regular management reports and assisting with the implementation of new procedures and tools, and participating in semiannual stock inventories with relevant teams. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Finance or related fields; English level C1 or higher; minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, Controlling or related roles; prior team leadership experience; strong knowledge of General Ledger, closings, and financial statement preparation.
