Based in Poland, Aperam is seeking an EDI Project Manager to lead the implementation projects of new EDI flows with customers, maintain existing EDI flows, and support users and counterpart teams during incidents. EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange and involves designing and implementing messages to enable automatic transmission between our systems and those of our customers, allowing data in documents such as orders, order confirmations, dispatch advices, invoices, and certificates to be exchanged in a structured format over a secure connection. For each flow you will understand how we work with customers, the specifics to consider, and ensure during the implementation process that all relevant aspects are addressed. You will also learn to understand each EDI standard and type of connection. We work closely with the commercial team, customer EDI teams, and our back office support teams. We operate in an agile mode with our EDI subcontractor and hold regular meetings using collaboration tools such as Hangouts, Drive, and Smartsheet. The team works in English and agility is our keyword.
