Management Accountant role based at L'Occitane Group’s Filton Head Office in the United Kingdom. This is a 14-month fixed-term contract commencing in October 2026, with hybrid working (three days in the office and two days from home). Reporting to the Head of Finance and working alongside a team of three other Management Accountants, you will deliver accurate and timely management accounts for UK and USA entities, own allocated cost centres, and support budgeting and forecasting to help the business make informed decisions. Responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), maintaining cost centre ownership, partnering with budget owners, ensuring costs are correctly posted and prepayments managed, and contributing to planning, performance tracking, and KPI reporting. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group policies, support month-end processes, manage cash flow reporting and forecasting, oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, and assist with audits and HMRC inquiries.
