Key responsibilities include: - Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to identify top quality issues. - Rapidly addressing purchased part quality issues that impact daily manufacturing operations. - Leading corrective actions with Sourcing and Engineering to resolve supplier quality problems. - Owning the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure suppliers meet drawing requirements and maintain quality controls. - Working with Quality Assurance to develop incoming inspection requirements to identify non-conforming components before they reach the production floor. - Publishing weekly/monthly supplier quality metric reports and sharing findings with Commodity/Sourcing managers. - Ensuring compliance with the Alto-Shaam Quality Management System. - Serving as Lead Internal Auditor to support Alto-Shaam’s ISO 9001 certification. - Performing other project work as assigned.
