Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade multi-agent AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. This remote-only role focuses on production delivery, enterprise integration, governance, and scalability, rather than model training, data science, or proof-of-concept work. You will design deterministic, auditable, and observable agent-based systems integrated with Microsoft Fabric and governed by enterprise data sources, and develop MCP-enabled natural language interfaces for enterprise data. Responsibilities include building and orchestrating agent interactions using Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, and related frameworks; integrating AI services with DealCloud, BuytheSell, and other enterprise platforms; ensuring secure access with RBAC, private endpoints, and compliance; implementing monitoring and governance, and delivering end-to-end solutions from design through production deployment. This role requires four hours of overlap with London business hours and periodic travel to London for key milestones. The position is based in Wroclaw, Poland.
