Odyssey Systems is seeking a Junior Program Control Financial Analyst to provide on-site project management and administrative support for the CCN2 portfolio in Niceville, Florida. The role encompasses contract accounting and reporting, financial performance analysis, contract funding and expenditure analysis and reporting, contract billing review, and budget variance analysis with a primary focus on contract travel requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid position requiring three days on-site per week. Responsibilities include: Financial Planning & Analysis – apply financial and accounting principles to prepare and analyze project financial and scheduling data; support internal financial reporting and forecasting; coordinate with Program Control Analysts and leadership. Contract Execution – ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations; manage travel funding usage per contract requirements; facilitate coordination between Odyssey departments. Reporting – prepare and present financial analysis materials for leadership reviews; monitor travel costs and funding health; communicate financial needs to expedite funding transactions. Collaboration – interface with government, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of invoices and reports; maintain a routine cadence to improve processes.
