We have recently onboarded a new client in our New York City location and are looking to build 2-3 marketing teams around top performers. While this starts as an entry-level role, we are seeking long-term growth. We will internally train a select group of candidates from an assistant role to a managing director position within approximately one year. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the causes we represent, places integrity above all else, a great team player, comfortable communicating with diverse demographics, eager to take on leadership responsibilities, competitive but not cut-throat, unafraid of a challenge, and local or able to relocate to NYC within 2-3 weeks. Responsibilities include: setting up and delivering marketing presentations on behalf of our clients; providing daily feedback to the team lead and weekly feedback to the account manager on KPIs; site relationship management; travel for networking events once every 2-3 months; conducting monthly progress presentations to the team; staying up to date with client initiatives; preparing market research prior to new events; and suggesting additional sources of revenue. We are new to NYC and aim to build a strong foundation from which to grow. All employees receive paid training and are offered a base salary with the opportunity to earn bonuses and benefits after 90 days. We are looking to fill this role immediately and will prioritize candidates in the local area who can attend in-person interviews. Compensation: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week.
