RPM Living is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Services to plan, direct, and coordinate multi-family capital projects. You will create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, manage bidding and contracting, and oversee on-site work from mobilization to closeout. You will maintain trackers, manage financial status including invoicing and funding requests, and communicate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other RPM departments to ensure alignment with project goals. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent and at least three years of multi-family construction management experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello), and risk management. This is a hybrid role based in the Fort Lauderdale–Miami area with travel to project sites throughout South Florida about 2–3 days per week.
