Based in Kennesaw, Georgia, United States, this on-site Construction Project Manager will oversee the successful planning and execution of assigned projects. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety; coordinating with owners, design professionals, subcontractors and vendors; and leading pre-construction activities, procurement, and subcontract administration. The role requires strong client communication to support project goals and business development, while delivering projects on time and within budget. The PM will lead Owner-Architect-Contractor and Architect-Design-Contractor meetings, review shop drawings and submittals, manage risk, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards. The position also entails managing payments with accounts teams and maintaining contractual relationships to foster repeat business. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred), five years of relevant experience, and PMP/PgMP/CAPM or equivalent certifications (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction accounting is required. Pay: $100-$120k DOE.
