Staff Accountant – Orlando, FL, United States (On-site). Responsibilities: Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements daily; prepare monthly financial schedules and reports; maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits; ensure accurate processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, settlements, cash, and inventory functions; prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile intercompany cross-charges; assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit processes; maintain flexibility to work weekends or evenings and travel as required; perform other projects or duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience; preferred: Master’s degree or CPA.
