Western Equipment Finance is seeking an Account Manager to own customer accounts and deliver a superior customer experience to both Business Development Representatives and customers. This on-site role can be based in West Fargo, North Dakota, Devils Lake, North Dakota, or Marshall, Minnesota. The Account Manager will take ownership of customer accounts by ensuring applications and finance documents are completed, inputted, and processed accurately and efficiently, and will support the Business Development Representatives with account-related needs. Duties include: Input applications into the system, including initial credit review, review of credit policy, and resolving any credit-related discrepancies for review by the credit team. Complete all account-related finance documents, determine customer payments, generate documents, structure deals, and set up payees in the system, then send documents to customers and/or vendors. Follow up on funding to obtain the information required to complete financing. Provide overall support to the internal sales team and monitor sales representative pipelines, communicating effectively with customers and vendors. Perform other responsibilities and special projects as assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of customer service experience. Salary: $39,200 to $58,800 per year.
