About the role

Mission Healthcare, a leading home health and hospice provider with presence across seven states, is seeking a Home Health Account Manager in Vancouver, Washington. This hybrid role focuses on managing all aspects of agency sales and marketing, representing the agency to professional decision makers, referral sources (including facilities, senior living communities, hospitals, physicians, and professional groups), and payors, and educating families about available services for patients who are clinically appropriate and eligible for care.

Responsibilities include daily marketing operations, sales calls, and ongoing education with referral decision makers; coordinating with physician offices for required documentation; developing and implementing marketing plans and territory projections; maintaining knowledge of Mission Healthcare’s markets, payor groups, and competitor landscape; building and maintaining relationships with referral and payor sources; monitoring cost-effective marketing efforts; and ensuring timely documentation and compliance. You will participate in community education events, speak to healthcare professionals and institutions about services, and negotiate service contracts with managed care organizations and other payors. You will also strive to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly admission goals set forth by senior management.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; minimum of 1 year of healthcare sales experience (preferably in home health); strong communication, negotiation, and public relation
