Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. In this role you will support revenue tracking, bottoms-up bonus detail modelling, and T&E processing, partnering with HR, Sales Ops, Client Finance, and offshoring teams to drive accurate, timely financial information. Responsibilities include monthly revenue tracking with data analytics to develop and refine dashboards for leadership, leading the quarterly bonus process with HR, and managing the T&E exceptions/escalation workflow. You will help support business relationships with corporate leaders across the organization and collaborate with Sales Ops, Partner Finance, and HR to ensure alignment. You will support the monthly close with the accounting team and prepare monthly and quarterly internal reporting for owners and senior management, including analyses of trends, variances, and risks/opportunities. You will run ad-hoc analyses, assist in preparing board materials, and look for opportunities to increase efficiency through automation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, strong experience with revenue reporting and T&E/bonus processes, and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency with financial modeling, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with AI-enabled automation and data visualization tools (e.g., Copilot, Tableau, Domo) is highly preferred.
