Senior Project Manager – Client Engagement Services

Role overview The Client Engagement Services (CES) team at Presidio seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver technology projects on time and on budget. This on-site role requires leadership, building trust with clients and teams, and managing all administrative aspects of project delivery. In addition to project execution, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives within the service group.

Responsibilities - Lead multiple technology implementation projects using Presidio’s project management methodology. - Coordinate project activities with business owners, stakeholders, support teams, technical infrastructure, and application teams. - Manage relationships and coordinate work between vendors, customers, sub-contractors, and engineering teams across locations. - Maintain current visibility of activities and deliverables to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and customer satisfaction. - Ensure service levels are met and all statements of work deliverables meet quality standards. - Manage all project phases from requirements through deployment. - Plan resources and assignments with internal staff; define roles and responsibilities and ensure effective communication. - Maintain project budgets, timesheets, and expense approvals. - Monitor costs and support accounting for time, materials, and services; ensure hardware and circuits are tracked and billed correctly. - Oversee change management to meet project goals. - Develop a strong client relationship for the long-term benefit of the client
