HR Manager at Tata Steel UK's Corby site (NN17). Based on site five days per week and reporting to the HR & IR Director, you will lead and implement the people plan for teams across the Corby site and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on employee matters. You will partner primarily with manufacturing leaders to support the population on site, driving the people agenda and ensuring the effective deployment of HR policies and programmes. Key responsibilities include developing and leading HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing employee relations and industrial relations within the partnered areas, identifying talent needs and developing strategies for acquisition, development, succession and retention, and coaching management teams to improve leadership capability. You will support organisational change, restructures, redeployment, and workforce change programmes, and contribute to the development of HR policy and practice for Tata Steel UK. The role requires a degree in HR or business (Masters preferred) and CIPD membership; strong business acumen; experience in HR business partnering, and in a unionised environment with IR expertise. On-site presence is required, with a remote case advisor model in place. Tata Steel UK offers a competitive salary, 35 days holidays per annum, annual pay review, bonus scheme subject to performance, private healthcare, car benefit, and a defined contribution pension.
