Job Overview: The Warehouse Management System (Phenix) Business Analyst II serves as the bridge between warehouse operations, product management, and software development to translate operational challenges and business requirements into scalable system solutions that improve efficiency across the enterprise. You will work closely with warehouse leaders, operational teams, product owners, and software engineers to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and define system capabilities that support complex distribution and fulfillment operations. Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering with warehouse operators, documenting functional workflows for Phenix modules, translating processes into clear system behavior and data requirements, participating in Scrum ceremonies, defining acceptance criteria with QA, managing sprint priorities and backlogs, performing UAT, and delivering product demonstrations. You will also liaise between business units and development teams to ensure alignment.
Qualifications: 3–5 years of experie
