Overview: The Operations Team Lead reports to the Manager of Operations and partners with the operations team at Tersus to lead a group of operations associates and drive the success of our brand partners. This role requires both hands-on leadership and the ability to step back to assess and optimize processes as the business grows. The position is physically demanding and requires collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

Success Metrics:

Provide leadership and strategic direction to frontline teams through direct management, ensuring consistent operational standards, performance management, and team development.
Execute the team's processes to meet monthly goals for Tersus and our partners.
Create accountability by clearly communicating expectations and ensuring delivery.
Lead by example and coach team members to maximize performance and development.
Use internal tools and develop best practices to track employee performance, hours, and adherence to the Employee Handbook.
Maintain daily communication with your manager and team members on a daily basis.
Uphold a high level of professionalism, empathy, and adaptability in a changing environment.
Operational/Team Performance: Daily and weekly production goals met or exceeded; tasks completed with high accuracy and adherence to quality standards; measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity over time.
Leadership and Development: Coaching and clear expectations; associate growth and readiness for expanded responsibilities.
Operational Impact: Consistent daily workflow with minimal
