The Customer Success team focuses on onboarding new clients, maximizing product value, retention, and revenue growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a key ambassador for clients, sustaining positive relationships, owning renewals, managing a defined book of business, and identifying expansion opportunities. This hybrid role can be based in the UK or Germany. You will serve as the primary contact for named accounts, overseeing onboarding, driving product adoption, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with internal teams. You will monitor usage, conduct training, address adoption challenges with tailored solutions, and implement renewal strategies to minimize churn. You will collaborate with the Account Sales Director on upsell and cross-sell opportunities and provide feedback to product and service teams. You will use CRM and Gainsight to maintain records, track health, and report to management. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in customer success or related roles, with a digital marketing background and an AI-first mindset.
