What You'll Do - Build relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory. - Educate customers on the benefits of Ting Fiber and help close sales. - Grow and manage your own sales pipeline. - Track activity using Spotio and other mobile tools. - Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Love - On-target earnings (OTE) of $67,000 annually, with a base salary of $27,000 plus uncapped commissions; total earnings potential from $67,000 to $178,000+. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k). - 3 weeks of paid vacation. - Company-provided iPad and latest sales tools; gas and mileage reimbursement. - Ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship; opportunities for advancement to Field Sales Lead in as little as three months.
What You Bring - Relevant sales experience in telecommunications or a similar industry. - Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. - Ability to work weekdays and weekends on a 37.5-hour weekly schedule. - This role requires traveling on foot through residential neighborhoods for extended periods, including walking on varied terrain in a range of weather conditions; reasonable accommodations will be considered. - Experience using mobile technology and CRM tools is an asset.
