Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining complex schedules, monitoring progress, managing budgets and change controls, ensuring compliance with HSE and quality requirements, supervising contractors and construction teams, and coordinating with authorities and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, at least 10 years of PM experience in buildings or infrastructure, proficiency with REVIT, CAD, and BIM, and fluency in English and Portuguese. Willingness to relocate and experience in multicultural environments, including Africa, are highly valued.
