The role focuses on building scalable automation frameworks, validating Salesforce integrations, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing automated test frameworks, performing REST and SOAP API testing, and executing regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end tests in an Agile environment. Required qualifications include 3+ years of QA automation experience, deep Salesforce knowledge (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce administration), and strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#. Candidates should have experience with automation tools (Provar, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, UTAM, Cypress, Cucumber/BDD) and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI), as well as CI/CD tools (Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins) and deployment tools (Copado, AutoRABIT). Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Notes: Local Arizona candidates only. Hybrid schedule: first 2–3 days onsite, then once per month onsite. Local candidates must be available for in-person interviews within one week of the posting close date and able to start within two weeks of offer. Work location: 1400 W. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ 85007. Flexible work-from-home options
