Class A Fire & Security is seeking two apprentice Fire and Security Engineers to join our team. You will work alongside experienced engineers to install, maintain and fault-find on access control, video surveillance, intruder alarms and fire alarms. The apprentices will split time between installation and service to gain full exposure. Entry requirements: Electrical installation desirable; Maths and English desirable; a genuine eagerness to learn and develop; a driving license is required. Training is provided through Skills for Security, specialists in fire and security training. You’ll train through block release at our Walsall centre, one week every eight weeks (Tuesday–Friday). You’ll work toward a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship, earning a nationally recognised qualification. What you’ll do: Train hands-on with real systems; Learn from industry experts; Complete a wide range of tasks and projects; Build evidence from your job to support your learning; Sit annual assessments at the centre; Your employer supports you on site.
