The Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives, develop and implement a sales plan to meet revenue goals, train and coach staff, and manage budgets to ensure profitability. Responsibilities include assisting the Regional Sales Director in strategy development, hiring and mentoring the sales team, delivering our sales training program, generating new business, achieving revenue targets while improving gross margins, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with emphasis in International Business, Logistics/Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales, and 3+ years of supervisory or management experience; experience in logistics/Transportation is preferred, including third-party full truckload operations; familiarity with freight management software such as Cargowise One and McLeod is a plus.
