About the role

DMSi is seeking a Project Manager to drive ERP deployment projects for our customers in Omaha, Nebraska. You will own the full project lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live and closure—serving as the primary client-facing point of accountability within DMSi's Customer Experience organization. The role requires leading with authority, anticipating risks before they become issues, and ensuring every project reflects DMSi's standard of customer obsession. About the role

DMSi is seeking a Project Manager to drive ERP deployment projects for our customers in Omaha, Nebraska. You will own the full project lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live and closure—serving as the primary client-facing point of accountability within DMSi's Customer Experience organization. The role requires leading with authority, anticipating risks before they become issues, and ensuring every project reflects DMSi's standard of customer obsession. Projects include ERP conversions, new location additions, merger and acquisition integrations, and integrated solution deployments.

Responsibilities include: leading the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and formal closure) following DMSi's implementation methodology; conducting and documenting formal Business Process Reviews at project initiation and governing adherence to plan, including scope deviations and change requests; configuring and validating implementation plans using knowledge of DMSi products, customer workflows, and integrations; acting as the primary client contact from kickoff through closure with clear visibility into project health; proactive communication of status updates, risk flags, change impact, and go-live readiness; building relationships that convert engagements into long-term client loyalty; identifying, documenting, and actively managing risks and issues with escalation when thresholds are crossed; completing all project administration (time recording, billing documentation, closure tasks) per policy; contributing to onboarding and knowledge-sharing for newe
