This contract-to-perm, hybrid role requires residency in the Phoenix area with hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities include brainstorming creative ways to attract great candidates, applying marketing skills to job postings, social media, and community outreach to help us stand apart, and using interview techniques to identify the right fit while building a pipeline of talent to support order fulfillment. Requirements include 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience, high-volume sourcing and hiring, experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing channels; bilingual Spanish/English encouraged; ability to manage 40+ customers daily; MS Office proficiency; ability to assess, delegate, and provide follow-up on orders and requests.
