You will maintain candidate records in ICIMs (our ATS), communicate the company’s brand and job requirements, and collaborate with hiring managers to refine screening processes. This on-site role is based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Qualifications include prior recruitment experience, strong communication skills, ability to multitask and meet performance targets, and experience with ICIMs or similar ATS platforms.
