ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Team Lead to coordinate and guide daily packaging operations on the pharmaceutical production floor in East Windsor Township, New Jersey, United States. The Packaging Team Lead is responsible for planning, scheduling, equipment setup and operation, and providing guidance and training to packaging team members. This role also serves as a supervisor in the absence of the Packaging Supervisor and plays a critical part in maintaining packaging productivity, quality, and adherence to cGMP and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising packaging activities in the absence of the Packaging Supervisor (overseeing cGMP documentation, equipment setup and operation, cleaning, and maintenance), managing labor and materials to meet packaging schedules, training employees, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and batch record documentation. The role also requires collaborating with quality, engineering, and validation teams to ensure packaging meets specifications and regulatory requirements, operating and overseeing packaging equipment (blister packers, bottle fillers, labelers, cartoners, serialization systems), and coordinating workflow across multiple packaging lines and shifts to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. Other duties as assigned.

Working conditions are typical for a pharmaceutical packaging area and may include exposure to noise, dust, and machinery; PPE is required. The position offers a base salary range of $70,000-$85,000, depending on experience, skills, education, locati
