Essential Responsibilities: 1. Maintain familiarity with all grant sources and their tracking/monitoring mechanisms, tools, and systems. 2. Ensure receipt and entry of budgets for all active grants. 3. Collaborate with Grants Department and program personnel to assist in the budget draft process. 4. Respond to finance-centered grant questions from program directors and staff. 5. Serve as the primary financial point of contact and financial lead for grant desk audits, grant reviews, information requests, and other inquiries from funding agencies. 6. Track and monitor non-federal and cost-share requirements and communicate issues to program staff and management. 7. Under Finance Department oversight, prepare, submit, and certify required financial grant reporting accurately and timely. 8. Review grant financials regularly to identify and addr
