Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, documentation, and coaching; managing a small team of HR Coordinators and HR Generalists; recruitment and onboarding; HR compliance with state and federal laws; benefits administration; performance management; policy implementation; and HR projects. Qualifications include 5+ years of HR experience including employee relations; bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred; knowledge of state and federal employment laws and OSHA; experience in investigations, compliance and operations.
