Android Developer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Android Developer to craft the mobile experience for watch enthusiasts worldwide. You will build modern, intuitive interfaces using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, ensuring our app feels fast, polished, and delightful to use. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Backend, UX Design, and QA to deliver features that make discovering and purchasing watches seamless. You will help maintain high quality standards through code reviews and automated testing while continuously improving our Android codebase.

What you can expect - Build modern Android features with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Backend, UX Design, and QA to deliver holistic solutions. - Maintain clean code and emphasize code reviews and testing. - Work with technologies like Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Koin. - Networking with OkHttp and Retrofit; serialization with KotlinX Serialization. - Use Android Studio, Gradle, and Git. - Fluent in English (German is a plus). - Optional: experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a bonus.

What we offer - Permanent employment contract. - 30 days of vacation per year. - Hybrid work arrangement from our Karlsruhe, Germany HQ with daily meals provided. - Additional day off on December 24 and 31. - Opportunity to work abroad for up to 20 days per year.
