Musicologie is seeking a Community Manager (General Manager) for our studio in St. Louis, Missouri. This on-site leadership role drives the studio's community experience, enrollment growth, and operational excellence, guiding a team of teachers and staff to deliver an exceptional experience for students, families, and instructors. You will implement Musicologie systems, support student success, and help grow the studio's community and financial performance.

Responsibilities include: - Studio & Community Experience (40%): be the welcoming face during peak after-school hours, manage scheduling and policies, oversee events and student concerts. - Growth & Enrollment (30%): handle inquiries via phone/text/email, guide families through enrollment, promote the studio using Musicologie marketing tools. - Team Leadership & Development (20%): hire, onboard, train, and coach teachers; foster a collaborative, high-performing team. - Studio Operations (10%): oversee daily operations, manage supplies and merchandise, and ensure accurate data and payments.
