Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment (BSE), the parent company of the Brooklyn Nets, NY Liberty, and Barclays Center, is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to grow within a professional sports organization in the New York metropolitan area. This role offers a structured training program to sell season memberships, suite rentals, group experiences, arena events, and more. What you will do: - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals with time-blocked calling campaigns in a fast-paced environment. - Apply strategic training to sell the full Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment product portfolio, including season memberships, group experiences, and premium products. - Build relationships with prospective customers through outbound communication and face-to-face meetings at events using our event-based selling model. - Discover leads in the metropolitan area and develop network referrals. - Meet or exceed monthly and annual goals set by the Manager of Inside Sales. - Attend all Brooklyn Nets home games, select NY Liberty games, and Barclays Center events to leverage opportunities and support sales efforts. - Attend special events such as season-ticket member parties, pre-game events, Practice in the Park, and other lead-generation activities. - Participate in daily training and development sessions led by our leadership team, including the Director of Training & Development.
