Ali Professional is seeking a Project Manager for a historic global leader in industrial plant equipment, based in Biassono, Lombardy, Italy. Within the Air Coolers division and a team including a Project Coordinator and other Project Managers, the successful candidate will plan, execute, and deliver complex, high-value projects across global markets. This role requires strong coordination with internal cross-functional teams (production, purchasing, engineering) and regular direct contact with clients. Responsibilities include: Define project objectives and deliverables; Thorough planning of activities, resources, and project timelines; Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholders (suppliers and sub-suppliers); Monitor progress and proactively manage risks; Report and communicate with Management; use ERP Dynamics 365 for workflow and reporting; Contribute to continuous improvement of internal Project Management processes; Manage client relationships predominantly remotely (about 90%), with occasional targeted travel (about 10%) to client or supplier sites. Requirements: Technical/engineering degree; At least 4-5 years of Project Management experience in plant engineering or Oil & Gas; Excellent written and spoken English; Strong Excel and reporting system skills; knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP is a strong plus; Technical knowledge of machinery and industrial products (heat exchangers / air coolers is a plus); Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
